You can be confident that a Zero Deposit Guarantee will protect landlords because our no deposit scheme is insured by Equitable Rental Insurance Limited. Zero Deposit is subject to FCA regulation, while disputes are handled by The Dispute Service (TDS). Landlords and tenants therefore get a fair, transparent product without hidden risks.
