Do we all need separate guarantees?

Only one guarantee is needed per Assured Periodic Tenancy Agreement. If you are all on the same tenancy, then only one guarantee is required. However, if you are multiple tenants with separate tenancy agreements, you'll need to pay for separate guarantees.
