I am no longer the guarantor

Zero Deposit

Last Update a year ago

If you were guarantor at the time of the purchase of the guarantee then you still have liability. you are legally liable for any balance outstanding in the event that the tenant defaults and does not meet the obligations of the guarantee. Zero Deposit will always seek payment from the tenant(s) first, if the balance remains outstanding then the guarantor is liable. The guarantor has legal responsibility and Zero Deposit have rights of recovery.
