As guarantor you are legally liable for any balance outstanding in the event that the tenant defaults and does not meet the obligations of the guarantee. Zero Deposit™️ will always seek payment from the tenant(s) first, if the balance remains outstanding then the guarantor is liable. The guarantor has legal responsibility and Zero Deposit™️ have rights of recovery.
