I’m a partner but I don’t have access to the portal, what do I do?

If you think that you’ve previously had access to the portal then you should reset your password, here. You should then receive an email allowing you to reset your password.


If you’ve never had access to the portal then you’ll need to get set up. Speak to your branch manager or if you are a branch manager, email us at [email protected] with the details of who needs to be set up.


We need:


  • Full Name
  • Job Title
  • Telephone Number
  • Email address
  • Company
  • Branch


Remember, you’ll need to have the right email domain for us to set you up. You’ll also need to undergo training, so we’ll need to check this out. If you have new starters you need to be trained please speak to your partnerships manager or email [email protected] for details on how to join the next training webinar.
