My tenants have left, how do I make a claim?

It's easy! Just give us a call on 0333 200 2541 or email us on [email protected] and we'll send you the link to our claims portal. It is important that you contact us within 28 days of the tenancy ending to start your claim. If you used one of our partner agents they can tell us the tenancy has ended and we'll investigate the claim from there with our claims portal. They still need to raise a claim within 28 days so it’s important to provide any evidence to support your claim as soon as possible.
