What happens when a tenant is moving out of a joint tenancy, but other tenants are staying?

If you have a tenancy where there are a group of people sharing a property and one moves out, we can easily update the landlord's cover. 

You need to let us know via [email protected] or 0333 200 2541, so the guarantee remains accurate and valid. We'll then remove the tenant and, if needed, add any replacement. Any new tenants will have to accept the terms of cover before they're added to the Zero Deposit Guarantee.
