What is not covered by the Zero Deposit™ Guarantee?

The Zero Deposit™ Guarantee covers everything that a cash deposit would, as outlined in your APT. The only difference is that to purchase a Guarantee tenants (or their guarantors) have to have passed referencing and claims need to be notified to us within 28 days. You will need to provide copies of the reference report in the event of a claim and any evidence to support the claim.
